24 hours prior to your reservation, Bookitnyc will confirm the reservation with you via the telephone or email you have provided. We will provide you with any further relevant information regarding your reservation.

We cannot confirm at the time of purchase that we will be able to change the name on the reservation. You will be given the name on the reservation and confirmation to use at the restaurant.

All purchases are non refundable. However, if you are unable to make it, please contact us immediately to cancel the reservation with the restaurant. No shows are a blow to the restaurant and significantly impact their ability to provide the best service to their customers. It will hinder our ability to continue this invaluable service.
